 Deep crimson in color, our 2006 Whalebone Cabernet Sauvignon displays perfectly ripe black cherry and cassis fruit character balanced by subtle supporting oak. The classic cedar and clove aromas that emerge from the glass follow through on the palate with delicious flavors of dried cherry, mulberry and saddle leather, with notes of sage and just a hint of smoke.
