2005 Bob Wine

Always a favorite of our best clientele, Bob Wine has become a “Cult Classic” in our limited portfolio of wines, and represents a vintner’s blend of Paso Robles’ best red varietals. Developed from a Doc Simpson tradition that involved both duct tape and duck blinds, our 2005 version is a deep crimson-colored beauty. Concentrated red and black raspberry fruit notes, along with a hint of crushed black peppercorns emerge in the aroma. Dried, concentrated fruit character, and briar-berry pie notes develop on the palate, with rich, but soft, dusty tannins melding into a long fruity finish.
