61% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Petite Verdot, 13% Zinfandel, 7% Syrah
Upon pouring, this wine shows a rich ruby hue, as dark fruit
aromas evolve from the glass with light aeration. At first sip, zesty
raspberry fruit flavors are immediately apparent, and the soft
nature of Bob Wine’s balanced tannins emerges. Fully oak aged in
a combination of small European and American cooperage for 20
months, the robust ripeness of the various varietals in this blend are
defined by fruit-forward character, supple, toasty oak and a fresh
berry finish.
